Humans are fallible, that's what makes us human. Sometimes we have 'off' days' where we accidentally search for our keys while they're right in our hands. That being said, there are still some mistakes that are simply unforgivable and these are the most hilarious ones.

It's important to consider cyclists and their space on the road, but it doesn't really help anybody if the sign takes up the entire bicycle lane. Not only are you creating an inconvenience for the cyclists, but the cars aren't going to appreciate bikes swerving in the road to dodge the sign. Give*Drivers Space!
We rely on news channels to provide us with vital information, especially if there's a suspect on the loose. It's fair to say that this teleprompter's first day on the job didn't go quite as hoped.
Even though you don't like 'Matt', you want to get him a nice cake to feel appreciated in the office. But your cake decorator took the literal instructions and placed them on the cake for Matt to enjoy in all its glory. Happy Birthday Matt.
Escalators are great, but not when they direct you face-first into a wall. I'm not exactly sure if it's the fault of the designer of the escalator or the genius that installed an extra wall? What I do know is that someone either has a problematic sense of humor, or no common sense whatsoever.
Somebody needs to tell this McDonald's worker that once you've gotten the cheese out, you've already done half the work. All that's left is putting the cheese ON the burger (if that's not too much to ask). Can you imagine the disappointment that overcame the customer when they opened their takeaway to find this? Disrespectful.
Anyone with OCD, you might want to look away. This has to be the most unnecessary mistake a person can make. The woman's upper body makes up about nine tiles. Which means whoever did this had nine chances to turn back! Not one but NINE! Not angry, just disappointed.
I'm a drain and I'm ready to get to work, but where is all that damn rainwater? I mean it's raining, but no puddle wants anything to do with me. If I don't collect some water soon, I'm pretty sure my boss is going to lay me off.
It's sometimes funny when workers make mistakes, it's even funnier when that mistake is there for the entire neighborhood to see. How did this guy only realize once he finished the entire task? The hangover must have been bad.
Accessible? Is that really the most appropriate word to use here? It's all very well to say that your building is wheelchair friendly but whoever installed this ramp didn't consider the role that gravity would play in the project.

This is why taking a 'mental health' day from work should be more acceptable. There is only a small pool of 7 continents to choose from and whoever made this shirt still got it wrong. Africa and Asia are beautiful places but they are different places nonetheless...
The main thing you want when nature calls is a bit of privacy. It's a rare moment in the day that is between you, the toilet and the good lord. These bathrooms were installed with doors that simply won't do the job. Those with stage fright simply don't stand a chance.
This must be a very strange breed of pandas that just so happen to look like Koalas? The only thing these two creatures have in common is that they both climb trees, they're both herbivores and they're both adorable. They are still two totally different animals though.
I'm getting a lot of mixed signals here. On the one hand, we have a 'DO NOT ENTER' sign that is as clear as day. On the other hand, we have an 'Enter Only' AND a 'Push' sign so anyone would be confused. The choice is yours... every man for himself.

No, this isn't a cake for someone who has an obsession with USB drives. This here is the result of a silly baker who was given a USB filled with pictures to put on the cake but instead, took the instructions a little too literally.

Working security is like being a lifeguard, you don't do much, but when you do, it's serious. So when things do heat up and you get some crazy loon trying to ram through security, you'd hope for a better barrier than this.
Another McDonald's, another sign blooper. Perhaps sign fitting companies can start giving their employees guides on how to hang up the sign correctly. Or maybe you just can't legislate for this level of stupid.
